The processing method comprises the following steps that I, a concrete slab is placed into an extrusion part to crush surface concrete and expose reinforcing steel bars; II, a beating part continuously beats concrete and reinforcing steel bar knots in a treatment part; III, the exposed reinforcing steel bars are rolled up and collected by an extraction part; and IV, water and a gravel adhesive are added into crushed concrete slag, and the annular concrete component is prepared.
