The invention provides a strip-shaped insulation surface resistivity test double-protection type line electrode system which comprises a volume leakage current protection electrode, a first surface leakage current protection electrode, a second surface leakage current protection electrode, a high-voltage electrode, a measuring electrode, a high-voltage power source and a current measuring instrument, wherein the volume leakage current protection electrode is arranged at the bottom part; a sample is attached to the upper surface of the volume leakage current protection electrode; the two surface leakage current protection electrodes press and fix the sample; the high-voltage electrode and the measuring electrode are arranged on the upper surface of the sample, the high-voltage electrode and the measuring electrode are arranged in an area enclosed by the two surface leakage current protection electrodes, the high-voltage power supply is connected with the high-voltage electrode, the high-voltage electrode and the measuring electrode are connected with the sample, and the current measuring instrument is used for measuring current flowing through the sample; and the three protection electrodes are grounded and are respectively used for shielding surface leakage current and volume leakage current of the high-voltage electrode and the measuring electrode.
