The method comprises the steps of controlling the oxygen concentration of a chicken house and changing the daily ration structure of chickens. The daily ration structure is changed by adding the probiotic mixed feed into the daily ration after the chickens are hatched for 14 days. The feed comprises 1-3% of a honeysuckle extract and 1-3% of an ox liver extract, and 1-5 * 10 < 10 > CFU of probiotics needs to be added every 1 g of the honeysuckle extract and the ox liver extract.
