Abstract

The invention discloses an offshore wind power plant operation and maintenance simulation method based on Anylogic platform. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a simulation model of a parameter dialog box for inputting simulation parameters for operation and maintenance of the offshore wind plant based on the Anylogic platform; 2) designing an operation and maintenance simulation overall structure, constructing a corresponding sub-module model, and then performing simulation analysis by using a time sequence; 3) designing operation and maintenance operation business logic, monitoring SCADA data in real time, and signing and issuing a dispatch list for the fault type of the faulted fan in combination with weather conditions; 4) designing service logics of operation and maintenance personnel, ship maintenance and spare parts, monitoring states of the three, and dispatching corresponding resources according to the dispatch list; 5) setting operation and maintenance resources and operation and maintenance working time constraints; and 6) carrying out initial coping on the environmental parameters, the fan parameters and the meteorological parameters, so that the system can output the real-time states of the fan, the operation and maintenance ship and the operation and maintenance personnel.
