Abstract

The intelligent injection molding machine control system comprises a manipulator; the manipulator is provided with a pick-up module; the pick-up module is provided with a plurality of pick-up measurement units; the pick-up measurement units are used for pick-up fixation and gravity measurement of the injection molded products; the manipulator is connected with a conveying module; and the conveying module is used for screening and conveying the injection molded products according to the measured and calculated gram weights of the injection molding products. The invention further discloses an intelligent injection molding machine control method based on the gram weights of the injection molding products. The method comprises the steps of: calling related data of no-load and standard parts; carrying out pick-up and data measurement of injection molded parts; carrying out data calculation and detection; and screening and conveying the injection molded parts. According to the invention, by directly combining a gravity sensor and a force sensor on the manipulator, the manipulator completes gram weight detection of the injection molded parts in the process of transferring the injection molded part from a die to a conveying device, the time for separately carrying out gram weight detection is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
