Abstract

The invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a liquid crystal display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate base plate; a thin film transistor array layer arranged on one surface of the substrate base plate; an organic layer arranged on the partial surface, far away from the substrate base plate, of the thin film transistor array layer, wherein at least one air hole is formed in the organic layer; and a passivation layer which is arranged on the surface, far away from the substrate base plate, of the organic layer and covers the inner wall of the air hole. Gas in the organic layer of the array substrate can be well discharged in the manufacturing process, stress in the organic layer can also be well released, then the surface of the array substrate is not prone to generating bumps or cracking, the shading effect of the black matrix in the array substrate is good, and color crossing of the display device is not prone to occurring; and the array substrate is good in bending and resistance and particularly suitable for a flexible display device.
