The system comprises: a power generation module used for converting vibration energy into electric energy to supply power to a motor module; an inertial navigation system mounting platform; a motor module which is arranged at the tail end of a vibration transmission path of the inertial navigation system mounting platform, is fixedly connected with the inertial navigation system mounting platform and is used for providing torque for inhibiting vibration of the inertial navigation system mounting platform; a vibration sensor which is arranged at the head end of a vibration transmission path of the inertial navigation system mounting platform and is used for acquiring vibration data in real time; a voltage detection module which is used for collecting the output voltage of the power generation module in real time; and a central control module which is used for analyzing the vibration data acquired by the vibration sensor and the output voltage of the power generation module and controlling the work of the motor module.
