The automatic USB interface plugging and unplugging device automatically inserts a to-be-detected USB interface into a port on the detection device, so that the detection efficiency is higher; the logic level between every two of the four signal lines of the USB interface is detected, and the detection result is judged, so that the short circuit problem of the USB interface is detected more meticulously; through a marking device, a mark on the USB interface can be distinguished to know the detection result of the USB interface.
