The electrolyte consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 50-68% of a solvent, 20-35% of a solute and 8-15% of an additive, wherein the solvent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 45 to 60% of ethylene glycol, 15 to 30% of ethylene glycol monophenyl ether, 8 to 15% of formamide and 3 to 10% of Y-butyrolactone; the solute is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 55 to 65% of ethylene glycol ammonium, 25 to 35% of ammonium formate, 6.2 to 10% of ammonium maleate and 0.8 to 1.2% of dicarboxylic acid ammonium salt; and the additive is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 50% of carboxylate, 25 to 35% of corrosion inhibitor, 5.2 to 15% of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 2.5 to 8.5% of waterproof mixture, 0.2 to 1.2% of ammonium hypophosphite, and 0.1 to 0.8% of succinic anhydride.
