The invention provides a resource calling method and device based on a vehicle application permission and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: loading initial permission information after a vehicle operation system is started, and enabling the initial permission information to represent a first access permission of a first process of the vehicle operation system to software and hardware resources of a vehicle; in response to operation of the vehicle application, a second process is created based on a first access permission corresponding to the first process, the second process has a second access permission for software and hardware resources of the vehicle, the second access permission inherits the first access permission, and the second process is used for executing a target function of the vehicle application; and calling software and hardware resources corresponding to the second access permission through the second process to execute the target function. The second process can only access the software and hardware resources in the first access permission, and the first access permission can be limited through the initial permission information, so that the problems of unreasonable calling of the application and occupation of the software and hardware resources are avoided.
