Abstract

A multi-stage amplifier envelope tracking (ET) device is provided. The multi-stage amplifier ET device includes an ET integrated circuit (ETIC). The ETIC includes a first voltage circuit capable of generating a first ET voltage according to a first supply voltage and a first time-varying target voltage. The ETIC also includes a second voltage circuit capable of generating a second ET voltage according to a second supply voltage and a second time-varying target voltage. In embodiments disclosed herein, the ETIC may determine a first supply voltage and a second supply voltage from a first time-varying target voltage and a second time-varying target voltage, respectively. Therefore, both the first voltage circuit and the second voltage circuit can work with the optimal efficiency, and the overall working efficiency of the multistage amplifier ET device can be improved.
