Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: loading three-dimensional image data; rendering and reconstruction of a three-dimensional model are realized on the window, two-dimensional mapping is performed on the three-dimensional model, and an image after real-time mapping and an X-ray image to be registered are aligned and displayed; loading a two-dimensional image to be registered and drawing the two-dimensional image on a window in a two-dimensional texture form; and dragging the mouse to align the three-dimensional model and the two-dimensional image so as to obtain proper registration parameters. According to the method, the difference between the quality of the image drawn on the window and the quality of the X-ray image needing to be registered after the three-dimensional body data is subjected to maximum density projection is comprehensively considered, alignment of the two images can be completed with high quality, and a group of proper initial registration parameters can be obtained and printed and output on a console.
