Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional point cloud-based aero-engine pipeline full-range gap measurement method and application. The method comprises the steps of minimum gap measurement of a pipeline section in a full scene range and minimum gap measurement of each section of the pipeline in a full range along an axis. Segmenting a pipeline instance on the three-dimensional point cloud of the aero-engine to be detected, and regarding each pipeline as a sequence of cylindrical sections; an initial cylindrical section is collected and fitted on each pipeline, a point set of a normal section where the axis of the cylindrical section is located is collected, a pipeline section external point closest to the axis is searched, and the distance serves as the minimum gap of the section pipeline in the whole scene; and respectively detecting and fitting the pipeline sections along the two axial ends of the initial cylindrical section, and measuring the minimum clearance of each pipeline section to realize the clearance measurement of each pipeline in a full-range along the axis in a full-engine scene. The method can accurately and efficiently measure the gap of an aero-engine or other multiple freely-bent long pipelines in complex distribution, and has the advantages of being resistant to disordered scene interference, resistant to point cloud noise and comprehensive in gap measurement range.
