The first gear set is meshed with the linkage gear and used for converting the rotation angle of the linkage gear into a comparison angle within the range of 360 degrees in an equal proportion mode. The second gear set is connected with the first gear set. The magnetic element is fixed on the second gear set. The angle sensing unit is used for sensing a magnetic field change value generated by rotation of the magnetic element. The processing unit is electrically connected with the angle sensing unit and used for comparing the absolute angle of the steering column according to the magnetic field change value generated by the magnetic element.
