The plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes are oppositely arranged in a middle area between the first busbar and the second busbar at intervals; the middle area comprises an interdigital area and a monopole area which does not belong to the interdigital area; the first electrodes and the second electrodes in the monopole area are connected through a plurality of metal strips, and metal thickening layers are arranged at the electrode ends of the electrodes and the corresponding electrodes.
