The invention provides a self-media user selection method and a related device, and the method comprises the steps: periodically obtaining initial data of a plurality of pre-selected users, and obtaining a relation feature, an influence feature, a fan feature, an emotion feature and a propagation degree feature of each pre-selected user; performing clustering on all the pre-selected users by using a clustering algorithm according to the relationship characteristics, and determining a plurality of candidate users in the pre-selected users of each category; weighting the influence features of the candidate users by adopting an extreme gradient lifting algorithm to obtain influence scores; calculating a fan importance score by using fan characteristics; constructing an emotion analysis model by using an autoregression language model, a cyclic convolutional neural network and an attention mechanism to obtain an emotion score; and carrying out interval fuzzy processing by utilizing the spreading degree feature, the influence score, the fan importance score and the emotion score to obtain a target weight, inputting the target weight into a preset multi-criterion decision framework to obtain a comprehensive value of the candidate user, and determining a target user according to the comprehensive value.
