Problems solved by technology

But the materials used to make such magnets are often very fragile
There is thus a high risk that the magnets will be damaged during direct injection or bonding
Furthermore, fixation such as by gluing may not be practical in automated mass production

Abstract

The invention relates to an assembly, an actuator with the assembly and a method for fixing a sensor element. The assembly comprises a component which is used for the actuator and can rotate around a rotation axis and the sensor element which is fixed on the rotatable component. The rotatable component has a receiving surface from which the fixing element protrudes parallel to the axis of rotation. The sensor element has an opening. The sensor element is arranged on the receiving surface in such a way that the fixing element passes through the opening. A surface of the sensor element adjoining the opening has a structure. The upper part of the fixing element is connected to the structure in a form-fitting manner, so that the fixed sensor element is connected to the component in a non-rotational manner.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electric actuator, in particular to an assembly for an actuator having a component rotatable about a rotational axis and a sensor element fixed on the rotatable component, and to a component for A method of securing a sensor element to a member of an actuator that is rotatable about an axis of rotation. Background technique [0002] Small electric motors, such as brushless direct current motors (BLDC motors), are used especially in the automotive sector and in automation technology, for example as servo motors, fan motors or for actuating elements (eg tumblers (German: Klappensteller) or valves, eg needle valve). In these motors or actuators, the sensor element must usually be mounted on a rotatable member, such as a gear. For example, magnets can be arranged on the driven wheel of the electric motor in order to obtain the state of the driven wheel by means of Hall sensors from the magnetic field generated by the magnets, ...
