The ultrasonic-assisted coal seam anti-reflection method comprises the steps that whether a coal seam is located in a structure failure area or not is judged, and a structure judgment result is obtained; according to the structure judgment result, different anti-reflection schemes are determined to conduct primary anti-reflection on the coal seam; and comparing the total gas extraction amount of all the drill holes after the coal seam is subjected to primary permeability increasing with a preset gas extraction threshold value, and determining whether the coal seam is subjected to permeability increasing again or not according to a comparison result. Therefore, the permeability increasing scheme of the global coal seam is adjusted according to the effect of the coal seam permeability increasing measures, and the permeability increasing effect of the coal seam is effectively improved.
