Abstract

The loop compensation circuit comprises an error amplifier, a power tube, a first divider resistor, a second divider resistor, a compensation unit, a load unit and a current sampling unit, the reverse input end of the error amplifier inputs reference voltage, the positive input end is connected between the first divider resistor and the second divider resistor, and the output end is connected with the grid electrode of the power tube; the source electrode of the power tube is connected with an input power supply, and the drain electrode is grounded through the first divider resistor, the second divider resistor and the load unit. The compensation unit comprises an NMOS tube, a compensation capacitor and a current source; the positive input end of the compensation capacitor is connected with the grid electrode of the power tube, and the negative input end is grounded through the current source; the grid electrode of the NMOS tube is connected with the drain electrode of the power tube, the drain electrode is connected with an input power supply, and the source electrode is connected with the reverse input end of the compensation capacitor; and the current sampling unit is used for sampling the current of the power tube.
