According to the invention, underwater equipment is charged by adopting three mutually vertical transmitting coils and one receiving coil, the efficiency and stability of underwater wireless charging are improved in a three-dimensional omnidirectional charging mode, and the influence caused by position offset of the transmitting and receiving coils is reduced, so that the normal work of the underwater electric equipment is maintained, and the service life of the underwater electric equipment is prolonged.
