Abstract

The invention discloses a mechanical system reliability distribution method, which comprises the following steps of: (1) scoring influence factors by experts, and establishing an evaluation influence factor set; (2) calculating a gray evaluation matrix of the component by using a gray evaluation method; (3) establishing an influence factor comprehensive weight set by using a grey correlation analysis method; and (IV) calculating reliability index distribution. According to the method, expert scoring data is summarized into an exact evaluation value by using a grey evaluation method, and the weights of influence factors are corrected by using a grey correlation analysis method, so that relatively strong subjectivity and uncertainty brought by an expert scoring distribution method are reduced, and the accuracy of data processing is improved. The method is reasonable and effective, the subjectivity of an expert score distribution method and the complexity of influence factors can be effectively reduced by using the method, and a reliability distribution result of the mechanical system at the initial stage of development is given.
