Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: receiving a 5G standard message sent by an enterprise user through a unified standard interface, wherein the 5G standard message is generated by the enterprise user based on a preset standard protocol template; acquiring a Chatpot identifier in the 5G standard message, and identifying a corresponding operator according to the Chatpot identifier; matching an operator protocol template corresponding to the operator from a preset protocol template library; extracting parameter information carried in the 5G standard message, and constructing a corresponding 5G message request according to the operator protocol template; and sending the 5G message request to the operator, so that the operator issues the 5G message request to a terminal.
