Problems solved by technology

Through the above electroplating treatment, the service life is extended to a certain extent, but the corrosion resistance is still not satisfactory to the user, and it will be corroded after a period of time
[0006] In addition, although there are many technologies on the surface treatment of the material surface of the heat sink and then the hydrophilic treatment of the polymer film on the surface of the material, the heat exchanger heat sink made of this treated material will still be corroded , the hydrophilic film falls off

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for forming a corrosion-resistant and hydrophilic multilayer film using plasma. An upper electrode and a lower electrode are arranged inside an engineering room, and the upper electrode and the lower electrode are used as negative electrodes. Pass between the upper electrode and the lower electrode, the material as the positive electrode is located inside the vacuum space, inject the mixed gas of hexamethyldisiloxane and helium into the vacuum space, and at the same time, apply to the material and the upper electrode and the lower electrode DC power supply to form plasma. Use plasma to form a corrosion-resistant layer on the surface of the material. Then, the material that has formed the corrosion-resistant layer is put back into the vacuum space, and the mixed gas of hydrocarbon series gas and helium is injected. Simultaneously, a DC power is applied to form plasma. The plasma is used to form a hydrophilic layer on the surface of the material. Thus, a multilayer film having corrosion resistance and hydrophilicity is formed. The aluminum heat sink of the air conditioner can improve the corrosion resistance and hydrophilicity of the material through the above method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for forming a corrosion-resistant and hydrophilic multilayer film by using plasma. Background technique [0002] Usually, there is a heat exchanger inside the casing of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the heat exchanger is composed of a steel support frame, an aluminum heat sink, and a copper pipe. [0003] The heat exchanger of the above outdoor unit requires strong heat exchange capability. Since the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is mainly installed outdoors, it is in contact with rainwater and wind, and requires corrosion resistance and other requirements. [0004] The most widely used heat sink material is aluminum. Although aluminum is easy to process, corrosion-resistant, and has good heat exchange capacity, due to the high temperature, humidity, and high salt content in the coastal areas of Southwest Asia or Southeast Asia, the cooling fins of the heat exchanger for outdoor units are still eas...
