Problems solved by technology

[0007] However, all the above-mentioned conventional guidance systems have a problem in that relatively strong radio waves transmitted or received on a vehicle such as a shuttle bus can cause damage to some passengers using medical equipment in the same shuttle bus

Figure 11 Shown is a schematic block diagram of the user terminal structure of the bus service guidance system 1A of the second embodiment.

[0089] Figure 10 The difference between the bus service guidance system 1A of the second embodiment shown and the first embodiment is that the control part of the user terminal 2A infers the time to send the alighting guidance information according to the time required for running from the boarding station ( In the first embodiment, the timing of sending the alighting guidance information is inferred from the distance traveled from the boarding station), and the onboard guidance server is not used. Except for the above, this structure is the same as that of the first embodiment, so the related description is omitted.

Abstract

A bus service guiding system (1) is provided which enables a user to certainly get on a target shuttle bus or a like and to certainly get off of the shuttle bus at a target bus stop without transmitting and receiving intense radio waves in a vehicle. A user terminal (2) receives an e-mail address of an information providing service center (3) from a queried-object notifying section (4) and transmits a request for guidance information and information about destination containing keywords. The information providing service center (3) searches for a most suitable get-off bus stop out of bus stops associated with keywords and retrieves or performs computations related information to create guidance information, and transmits the created guidance information to the user terminal (2). At a time of getting on, Guidance information and a get-off guidance request are transmitted from the user terminal (2) by using Bluetooth technology. A vehicle-installed guidance server (5) transmits get-off guidance information with specified timing based on a run-distance and vibration by a vibrating section which prompts the user to get off of the shuttle bus.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a transport vehicle service guidance system and a transport vehicle service guidance method suitable for providing service guidance information such as a shuttle bus or the like in response to requests from passengers using, for example, portable cellular phones . Background technique [0002] Typically, in many cases, passengers of eg shuttle buses or similar public transport vehicles check which bus stop is closest to their destination by looking at information such as timetables, route maps or similar bus stop signage. When the passenger can visually confirm that the shuttle bus running along the bus stop closest to the destination is approaching, he will check the signage display device of the shuttle bus again and take the shuttle bus, and then go to the bus station closest to the destination predetermined by the passenger. Get off at the bus stop. But there is a problem here, although usually passengers use this...
