Abstract

A rechargeable type cell heating and charging equipment at low temperature contains a charger, a heater, a first switch and a protector. When temperature is too low for example below zero degree centigrade, the said first switch is in on state, the heater generates heat energy by receiving voltage from first switch and raises the environment temperature. When the rechargeable cell is recharged to maximum capacity (85-100 % of rated cell capacity), the protector makes the heater stop receiving voltage to save the energy source.
