Abstract

The light transmitter includes a RF signal drive module and laser generation module. The laser generation module responds to controlled output of RF signal drive module. Light output and is in use for connecting to optical fiber network. The light transmitter also includes microprocessor and interface of network management. Input port of microprocessor is connected to the RF signal drive module and laser generation module respectively. Output port is connected to interface of network management, which is connected to host of network management at remote end. Being able to connect to module of network management at remote end to exchange data, the light transmitter is capable of managing remote device directly. The invention can monitor state of network continuously in real time, and poll each parameters of light transmitter circularly so as to realize automatic monitoring network devices. Through interface of network management, the invention can open and close laser.
