Abstract

The present invention provides a processing method of a low-torque single-strand ring spinning yarn and an apparatus thereof. The device comprises a ring spinner, a false twister between a pair of front rolls and travellers of the ring spinner for controlling and adjusting the arrangement structure and stress distribution of fiber bundles in the single-strand yarn so as to produce the single-strand yarns with controlled residual torque including torque-free state; a driving means coupled with the false twister for driving the false twister and controlling the transmission ratio between the false twister and a spindle of the ring spinner in real time so as to realize a special transmission motion between the spindle of the ring spinner and the false twister, reduce a yarn breakage rate during an over spinning stage, and improve the spinnability of the single-strand yarn; and the device also comprises a yarn guide device disposed between the false twister and the travellers of the ring spinner. According to the method and the apparatus of the invention, the low-torque single-strand ring spinning yarns can be made with low twist, less hairiness, uniform strand, good hand feeling and especial controlled residual torque including torque-free state.
