Abstract

The invention relates to a network device which can generate power-off signal. Wherein, it comprises an interruption signal generating circuit, an external connecting circuit, an internal processing circuit, a switch circuit and a capacitor; the interruption signal generating circuit generates interruption signal when power off; the external connecting circuit is connected to the network device or network; the internal processing circuit is connected to the interruption signal generating circuit, to generate power-off signal based on the interruption signal, which comprises an input; the switch circuit comprises the first input connected to the interruption signal generating circuit, the second input connected to the input of internal processing circuit, and an output connected to the external connecting circuit; one end of capacitor is connected to the input of internal processing circuit and the second input of switch circuit, while another end is connected to the ground. When the network device is power-off, the switch circuit closes the external connecting circuit, to reduce the power consumption of external connecting circuit when the power off moment, to give enough time to the internal processing circuit to generate power-off signal.
