Abstract

The invention relates to a position supporter with a tube-shape body (4), especially for vertebrae or intervertebral disk, having a plurality of through holes or openings (9) growing together with the adjacent tissue. The position supporter includes at least one second tube-shape body (2, 3) with the through holes and the openings (9), which is at least partly positioned in the first tube-shape body. The first tube-shape body and the second tube-shape body can have different cross-section shapes, and can be provided inside of the each other by overpress fitting and interference fitting, or connect with each other by the connecting pin or the dead plate. A plurality of the second tube-shape bodies are side by side provided in the first tube-shape bodies. The invention also relates to a module system, including a plurality of tube-shape bodies (2, 3, 4) with a plurality of through holes or openings (9) on the sheath surface (10) and with different dimensions, making at least two different tube-shape bodies at least partly set inside of each other; connecting parts (8, 13, 14) connecting with the tube-shape body.
