The invention relates to the technical field of
chemical engineering, and particularly discloses a transmutation soft
solid ceramic glaze and a preparation method thereof. The
glaze is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 49.2 to 52.6 percent of
feldspar mineral, 11.8 to 12.3 percent of
fluorite powder, 4.8 to 5.3 percent of kaolin, 13.8 to 14.5 percent of limestone, 13.8 to 14.5 percent of calcined
talc, 4.8 to 5.3 percent of
magnesium carbonate, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of
cobalt oxide, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of
ferric iron oxide, 40 percent of
lime powder and 9 percent of pine gum. Wherein pine gum is prepared from five-needle pine leaves and branches in
South China through processes of dipping, boiling, filtering, layering, glue mixing and the like, can replace or reduce the use of natural minerals in traditional
glaze, and can be used as a suspending agent and a binding agent. The glaze exists in a soft
solid form, and the limitation of a traditional liquid glaze on the aspects of
glazing mode, modeling adaptability and storage and transportation is broken through. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling on the raw materials except pine gum, mixing with pretreated pine gum, carrying out secondary ball milling, and finally pressing into a cylindrical soft
solid. According to the process, the production process is simplified, the requirement on the
fineness of the raw materials is reduced, and meanwhile, the development space and the application scene of a glaze formula are expanded.
