This invention discloses a precise and efficient breeding method for *Cyprinus dorsiflorus* based on habitat reconstruction. The breeding pond is divided into a parent mussel rearing area and a glochidia larva metamorphosis development area by a barrier wall consisting of an upper, switchable isolation net and a lower, fixed partition. The glochidia larva metamorphosis development area is constructed with a 20-mesh movable net forming two layers. After laying the substrate, mature parent mussels and host fish are introduced. The temperature is controlled at 22.0–24.0℃, and fertilization is promoted with a water flow of 0.08–0.15 m / s, while glochidia larvae are cultivated with a water flow of 0.06–0.10 m / s. Once the glochidia larvae in the brood pouch mature, the isolation net is opened, and the water flow is adjusted to 0.02–0.05 m / s to promote parasitism. Every 6–8 days, the parasitized and molted parent mussels and host fish are circulated and exchanged. After the molted mussels molt, they are threaded through the net and placed into the lower substrate for in-situ cultivation. This method achieves in-situ integration of fertilization, parasitism, and cultivation, significantly improving the parasitism rate and the survival rate of juvenile mussels. It is suitable for the preservation, propagation, and large-scale seedling cultivation of *Cyprinus cuspidatum*.
