Systems for supplying CO2 gas to facilities requiring CO2 or mixtures containing CO2, such as slaughterhouses or greenhouses for growing plants

PendingJP2025530641A5Heating fuelSolidification
The present invention relates to a method for supplying CO2 gas to a site equipped with an installation (20) requiring CO2 or a mixture containing CO2, such as a slaughterhouse or a greenhouse for growing plants, characterized by the following steps: a boiler (4) capable of supplying hot water to the site is arranged on the site, said boiler performs a process of oxy-combustion between fuel (14) and pure oxygen (1), the oxygen supplied to the boiler being obtained from a source of liquid oxygen present on the site, and part or all of the CO2 contained in the flue gas produced by the boiler is recovered by transferring heat between the flue gas and the liquid oxygen in an exchanger (2).

Method and device for anesthetizing slaughtered animals

PendingCN122094566AGas slaughtering/stunningAnatomyBiomedical engineering
An anesthesia apparatus for anesthetizing a slaughtered animal prior to slaughtering wherein the anesthesia apparatus comprises a chamber for receiving the slaughtered animal, the chamber having an upper section, a lower section and a transition region separating the lower section from the upper section, and a first circulation system for circulating the chamber, each of the upper and lower sections is shaped and dimensioned to accommodate one or more slaughtered animals, the transition region allows the slaughtered animals to be transferred between the upper and lower sections, each section having a proximal end adjacent the transition region and a distal end opposite the proximal end, where the upper and lower sections are configured to be filled with a respective gas mixture, and a first circulation system for circulating a first one of the respective gas mixtures, the first gas mixture occupying a first one of the upper and lower sections, the second gas mixture occupying a second one of the upper and lower sections, the second gas mixture occupying a second one of the upper and lower sections, and the third gas mixture occupying a second one of the upper and lower sections, the first circulation system is configured to generate an airflow within the first section away from the transition region and toward a distal end of the first section.
