This invention discloses an
induction hardening device for
machining bevel gear shaft workpieces, belonging to the technical field of heat treatment
processing equipment. The device includes a housing with a partition inside. A multi-
station turntable is located above the partition, and a frame is connected to the top of the turntable. Along the circumferential direction of the multi-
station turntable, there are
bevel gear preheating stations and overall heating stations. Each
station has a corresponding lower center
assembly, and an upper center
assembly is located above each station. The upper center assemblies are mounted on the frame via an elastic floating mechanism and are coaxially engaged with the lower center assemblies. This invention achieves uniform hardening of
bevel gear workpieces through a differentiated station
layout and adapts to the
thermal deformation of the workpiece through the elastic floating mechanism, effectively improving the coaxial arrangement and mutual cooperation in the direction. This invention achieves differentiated heat treatment of bevel gear workpieces, ensuring the consistency of the hardened layer depth and adapting to the
thermal expansion and contraction deformation of the workpiece, thus avoiding workpiece damage.
