The membrane separation device has an RO membrane assembly, a booster pump, a variable frequency device which outputs a driving frequency corresponding to the input current value to the booster pump, and a control portion which adopts physical quantity in the system to calculate the driving frequency of the booster pump in a method of enabling the flow of penetrated water to achieve a target flow value, and outputs the current value signal corresponding to the calculation value of the driving frequency to the variable frequency device.

The surface of the electrode wire is coated with a dielectric layer; dielectric barrier discharge is formed when corona discharge occurs on the electrode wire; in the discharge process, heteropolar charges are continuously attached and accumulated on the outer surface of the dielectric layer, the directions of an original electric field of the electrode wire and an electric field generated by the heteropolar charges are opposite, the heteropolar charge electric field weakens the original electric field, and corona discharge can be stopped when the intensity of a synthesized electric field is lower than the intensity of a corona inception field; dielectric barrier discharge is formed, so that the electric field intensity around the electrode wire is reduced, corona discharge is inhibited, the charge quantity of space dirt particles is reduced, the electrostatic force for driving the space dirt particles to be charged to sink and accumulate dirt is reduced, and the dirt accumulation is inhibited. The method is beneficial to suppression of corona discharge of the high-voltage direct-current transmission line, reduction of corona loss, improvement of an electromagnetic environment, reduction of accumulated pollution, and reduction of external insulation pollution flashover and equipment breakdown risks.

The disc tube type reverse osmosis membrane element comprises membrane bags and flow guide discs, the multiple membrane bags and the multiple flow guide discs are arranged in a spaced and stacked mode, and the membrane bags and the flow guide discs are each provided with a center hole; each membrane bag is composed of two DTRO membranes, the outer peripheries of the two DTRO membranes are welded and sealed in an involution mode, the inner periphery corresponding to the center holes is open, protruding points are arranged on the outer surfaces of the two DTRO membranes of each membrane bag respectively, the DTRO membranes make contact with the flow guide discs through the protruding points, and the protruding points enable the membrane bags to be supported on the flow guide discs and plays a blocking and guiding role for fluid flowing between the membrane bags and the flow guide discs.
