The present invention also provides the preparation process of carbon nanotube embedded into metal, and the preparation process includes the following steps: vacuumizing the reactor and introducing protecting gas; starting the electric arc generator for electric arc discharge; and heating to gasify metal to be embedded and to produce carbon nanotube embedded into metal.
