The high efficiency sewage treating agent consists of sodium carbonate 10-20 weight portions, trisodium phosphate 50-60 weight portions, sodium silicate 30-40 weight portions, surfactant 20-30 weight portions, and water 20-30 weight portions. Its preparation process includes the following steps: dissolving sodium silicate in water inside a sandwiched reactor through stirring and introducing steam to heat at 75-80 deg.c for 1-1.5 hr to obtain sol, cooling to 30 deg.c and adding sodium carbonate and trisodium phosphate to produce exothermic reaction at 75-80 deg.c while stirring for 0.5 hr, cooling to 20-25 deg.c, adding surfactant and further stirring for 0.5 hr, discharging, cooling to solid matter, drying and crushing to obtain the product.
