[0031]Split microfibers made from a composite of 70% polyester and 30% polyamide were twisted to 250tpm. The twisted yarn was wound into a wound yarn on a cheese dyeing machine, and sodium hydroxide was added at 130° C. for 30 minutes to reduce the weight of the yarn by 7%. Iron (Fe)-free water is sprayed onto the lightweight yarn through a spray unit with nozzle injectors to remove foreign impurities. The melted portion of the polyester was removed by applying water pressure. The yarn was then washed by adding sodium hydroxide and treated with acid (RC cleaning agent, product of Hansol Chemical Co., Ltd) to adjust the pH of the yarn to 4.5. Then add black dye (dianix black, Dystar Co., Ltd product), dispersant DC-505 (Korea Shin Kwang Oil Chemical Co., Ltd production), antistatic agent Anol-25B (Korea Shin Kwang Oil Chemical Co., Ltd produced) and softener 3M (produced by ShinKwang Oil Chemical Co., Ltd., Korea) to dye the yarn at 130° C. for 30 minutes.
