A round through hole is arranged on a wall at the lower side of the shell of the invention; the lower end of a rack is fixedly connected with the upper end of a screw; the lower end of the screw is connected with a piston by thread; a gear is engaged with the rack; the rack is matched with the slide hole of a backing plate; a slide pin is fixed on the outer wall of the shell; a sleeve is provided with a through coaxial slot; the upper end of the coaxial slot is provided with an upper horizontal slot; the lower end of the coaxial slot is provided with a lower horizontal slot.
