Embodiment Construction
[0011] figure 1 A part of a glass sheet tempering furnace is shown, including the furnace walls (not shown) and traction tracks formed by rotating rollers 3, on which the glass sheet 1 can be moved in the desired manner during or after processing. In order to direct the blast air onto the glass surface, there is an extended blast channel 2 in the furnace, which is installed in the direction of the glass pane 1 in the present embodiment. The blown air is directed to the distribution channel 4 from one or several blower devices. A heating resistor 5 is installed in the blast channel 2 along the direction of the blast channel 2 . The channel widens downwards below the heating resistor 5 and ends at the perforated bottom 9 . At least the bottom part is made of sheet metal and holes 7, 8 are punched out therein, most suitably with a punching tool to make a downward ring around the holes ( Figure 1-3 ). A thin plate refers to a plate having a thickness of less than 3mm.
