Abstract

The invention provides an equipment veneer protection device and the protection methods thereof comprising a control unit, a working plate, a reserved panel and a communication bus. The control unit is connected with the working plate and the reserved panel through the communication bus of a parallel model. When the control unit sends off information, the working plate and the reserved panel receives completely the same information simultaneously. The procedures of the methods are as follows: (1) the control unit sends off information to the working plate and the reserved panel simultaneously to build up a protective relationship; (2) the control unit sends of information simultaneously and the working plate works according to the received content and the reserved panel saves the received content; (3) when in fault, the control unit sends off information simultaneously and the reserved panel replaces the fault working panel to work. The invention and the methods thereof can reduce the information quantity of the communication and the occupation on the bus resources thus avoiding obstruction of communication and increasing the working efficiency. Meanwhile, the protection starting time can be reduced and the affects of the fault on normal service is also reduced.
