Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for carrying multi-services with use of a SIP protocol, which includes steps as following: step one, a gateway sending a SIP message which expands a head characters, a SIP protocol adapter distinguishing different petitions from different upper service module in a net element by an inner interface between the upper service module with basis of the head characters, filling the head characters of the SIP message with different values and sending them to the opposite net element; step two, another net element receiving the SIP message, a SIP protocol adapter of this net element executing corresponding treatment according to the values of the head characters, and returning the response information to the corresponding upper service module. The invention also provides a system for carrying multi-services with use of a SIP protocol. The invention automatically distinguishes different upper service modules with dependence of software, realizes the carrying of multi-services with needs of only a set of input port and output port, and effectively avoids the disadvantages of that the existed technology excessively occupies network resources and excessively relies on system management.
