A water electrolysis household hydrogen gas generating system belongs to a hydrogen gas generating device is characterized in that it comprises the following mechanisms: one set of small-sized household electric generating apparatus using wind energy or solar (radiation) energy; an electrolytic cell equipped with two stand-alone reaction tanks therein; an air compressing engine; a hydrogen gas storage tank; wherein the small-sized household electric generating apparatus using wind energy or solar (radiation) energy is connected with cathode and anodic of the electrolytic cell through a control circuit and electrical source conducting wires; the electrolytic cell is connected to the hydrogen gas storage tank through pipes equipped with the air compressing engine thereon; an inlet floating ball control switch and two cathode terminal telltale float switches are set inside the electrolytic cell; and the control circuit comprises a rectification circuit and a on-off control circuit for controlling the floating ball switch and the air compressor switch.
