Abstract

The invention relates to a method to improve the clarity, color depth and brilliant shade of the coating ink-jet printings of the textiles. It adopts the ink-jet printing system and the heating printing bedplate. The special steps are as follows: 1. put the heating printing bedplate on the loading platform of the printing machine and adjust its height to below the printing ink-jet head of the machine. 2. Set the temperature of the heating printing bedplate at 20 -100 deg. C. 3. Iron the textiles smoothly by an electric iron and tile it onto the bedplate. 4. Adjust the textiles surface to 2-5mm from the ink-jet head. 5. Measure the temperature of several points on the textiles surface uniformly by a hand-held infrared temperature tester to make each point has the similar temperature. 6. Set a printing pattern in the computer to fill and print by using different colors. 7. Air or dry the textiles after printing. Improving the temperature of the printed textiles by heating the printing bedplate can improve the clarity, color depth and brilliant shade distinctly.
