This invention relates to the field of polymer material composition technology, and discloses a composite wax for engineering plastic masterbatch and its preparation process, comprising: eutectic melting of nonpolar polyethylenepyrolysiswax and polar oxidized polyethylenewax to construct a homogeneous eutectic system; maintaining a specific isothermal induction temperature to cause the nonpolar polyethylenepyrolysis wax to undergo phase transformation and precipitate into solidmicrocrystalline nuclei, while the polar oxidized polyethylene wax remains in a liquid state and impregnates and coats the surface of the solidmicrocrystalline nuclei to produce a microscopic core-shell precursor; and using a heat exchange molding unit to implement high-speed cooling, freezing the phase state to obtain a composite sheet with a core of pyrolysis wax and a shell enriched with oxidized wax. This invention utilizes the difference in crystallizationkinetics to induce the directional evolution of the microstructure, solving the problem of uneven dispersion caused by the release of polar components, and directional enrichment of polar functional groups on the particle surface, providing interfacial adhesion, achieving efficient dispersion of pigments in the resin matrix, and improving color strength.
