copolymer; immersing a fabric to be dyed into the working solution, heating, and promoting the core load to be released from the core and dye the fabric by triggering the morphological change of the
copolymer, so as to obtain the used dye solution; the used dye liquor is subjected to in-situ regeneration treatment through an online
system, then a concentrated solution is supplemented according to an online monitoring result, and finally the rebalance working solution capable of being used for follow-up batch circular dyeing is obtained. The pH response unit and the
photocatalysis unit are integrated on the same
polymer carrier, so that the synergistic effect of targeted capture and in-situ degradation of impurities is realized, the complex purification function is internalized in the dye liquor fluid, and the
process equipment is greatly simplified.
