This invention relates to the field of
water pollution purification, specifically to a process for purifying and recycling industrial
wastewater. The process provided by this invention induces the in-situ
crystallization and
precipitation of
calcium and
magnesium ions, primarily in the form of
aragonite-type
calcium carbonate, by adding a
crystal form
regulator to the
wastewater. This replaces the traditional
precipitation method using precipitants, fundamentally preventing the generation of secondary
sludge. Simultaneously, a quencher regulates the type and concentration of active free radicals within the
system, achieving targeted degradation of
organic matter while maximizing the retention of beneficial ions in the water, ensuring the
corrosion inhibition performance of the recycled water. This invention features a simple operation, requires no mechanical structural modifications, and can be directly adapted to existing
industrial water treatment systems. It effectively solves the problem of simultaneously addressing
hardness removal and
organic matter degradation in circulating water
wastewater treatment, significantly improving the purification and recycling efficiency of wastewater. The treated
effluent can be directly reused in industrial circulating water systems.
