solvent resistance and migration resistance and a synthesis method thereof, and the synthesis method comprises the following steps: (1) an aromatic
electrophilic substitution reaction:
coupling reaction of phthalic dinitrile with dihydric
alcohol, dihydric amine or dihydric acid, post-treatment, and obtaining an intermediate A; (2) a cyclization reaction: cyclization reaction of a salt with the intermediate B, post-treatment, and obtaining the
photoresist color paste
dye molecule. The application provides a
phthalocyanine dye molecule containing a macrocyclic structure, and the
phthalocyanine dye molecule is applied to preparation of a display
photoresist color paste, and after film formation, the
phthalocyanine dye molecule exhibits excellent high light resistance,
solvent resistance and migration resistance. Compared with a
phthalocyanine dye molecule without a macrocyclic structure, the
solvent resistance and the migration resistance are significantly improved; in addition, the
phthalocyanine dye color paste has the advantages of high
weather resistance, high
solubility,
high transmittance,
high contrast,
high color strength and the like.
