The invention also provides a mass media broadcast method which can deal with media file with high efficiency and is applied in the exchanging system of mobile phone or landline, moreover, the method can avoid large amount of download flow rate between a media treatment plate and the media memory server under general business condition, therefore, load of the media treatment plate and the media memory server is reduced and contradiction between memory capacity and download bandwidth in the mass media broadcast system can be solved; under the same hardware engineering factor, the invention greatly improves the maximum business capacity supported by single system.
