Abstract

The invention discloses a liquidation system and a liquidation method of a transaction data, wherein, the liquidation system comprises at least one liquidation condition processor that is used for making comparison between condition parameters in the transaction data and liquidation conditions thatare preset in the liquidation condition processor, at least one liquidation action processor that is used for completing an independent liquidation action for the transaction data so as to get an action processing result, at least one liquidation environment processor that is used for obtaining a preset-typed liquidation environment data, a dispatcher that is used for adopting one or more assembling rule(s) of preset assembling rule groups to be connected with the processor, a combinational processor that is used for completing the calculation of all rules in the assembling rule groups; and the transaction data calls different processors to complete the liquidation process through the dispatcher. If any new business processing procedure is needed, only the processors of relevant missing parts are added, thereby preventing new loopholes and bugs, and being very convenient for the expansion.
