Problems solved by technology

However, the test instruments currently used to test the electrostatic properties of carpets have not kept up with the market demand, and the test instruments for testing the electrostatic properties of carpets in the prior art are very scarce
The evaluation of carpet electrostatic performance by human body walking method is simulated in the laboratory to evaluate the tendency and level of static electricity generated when a person passes through the area covered by carpet. Physical conditions may also be different, thereby affecting test results
Moreover, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive to carry out the electrostatic performance test of the carpet manually, which cannot adapt to the rhythm of modern society.
At the same time, static detection instruments of other materials cannot simulate the carpet human walking test, and cannot simulate the actual use of the carpet.

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0019] The present invention includes a base 1, a rotating mechanism placed on the base 1, a rolling mechanism placed on the base 1, and a static eliminator. The rotating mechanism is composed of a motor 2 fixed in the base 1 The rotating shaft 18 is connected with the turntable 6 that can rotate horizontally on the base 1 , and the rolling mechanism is connected with the rolling body 7 through the support arm 9 through the supporting seat 10 fixed on the base 1 .

[0020] The rolling body 7 is a rolling body with a through hole 19 in the middle. The rolling surface 20 of the rolling body 7 is composed of two tetrahedrons that are identical in shape but intersect in parallel at 90 degrees. The two opposite faces of the tetrahedron are parallel planes 21. The other two opposite faces of the tetrahedron are the same cylindrical surface 22 , and the rolling surface 20 of ...

Abstract

A carpet static electricity tester belongs to the carpet inspection device technical field, and comprises a base, a rotary mechanism and a rolling mechanism arranged on the base and a static electricity eliminating device which are connected together, wherein, the rotary mechanism is connected with the rotary disc which can rotate horizontally on the base by the electrical motor fixed inside the base via a rotary shaft; the rolling mechanism is connected with a rolling element by a support seat fixed on the base via a support arm. The tester can simulate human walking in a laboratory to evaluate carpet static electricity performance; moreover, the tester can complete automatic operation, automatic data acquisition and automatic computation of results to reduce manual work, thereby ensuring identical test conditions and the comparability of test result. In addition, a friction rolling mechanism can simulate both feet of human to walk on a carpet; a needle ring can fix a test sample on a turntable, therefore, the test sample can rotary along with the turntable; the rolling element which has certain weight is pressed on a carpet test sample; the rolling surface of the rolling element has a conductive elastic layer; moreover, the conductive elastic layer can conduct the static electricity generated due to the friction between the elastic layer and the carpet. The tester has simple structure and design, low cost, convenient manufacture and safe operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a carpet static tester, in particular to a tester capable of simulating a human walking test to detect the static performance of a carpet, which belongs to the technical field of carpet inspection devices. Background technique [0002] In the past two decades, carpet production technology has developed rapidly, and the electrostatic properties of carpets have become increasingly important. When people walk and their feet leave the ground, the electric charge of the shoes will be directly or indirectly transferred into the human body. After walking for a while, an electrical potential builds up, which can create static electricity if the laying on the ground is not reasonably conductive. But the test instrument that is used to test the electrostatic performance of carpets has not kept up with the demand of the market at present, and the test instrument for testing the electrostatic performance of carpets in ...
